Matt Rothstein is the Broker and Owner of Pretium Commercial Brokerage.
A native of South Florida, Matt has spent over ten years working in the commercial real estate industry. He most recently worked as a broker at CBRE, the largest commercial real estate firm globally.
Matt has worked on transactions with O'Reilly Auto Parts, Ashley Stewart, Family Dollar, Bravo Supermarket, Metro PCS, Ace Check Cashing, Murphy Oil, Boost Mobile, Dollar General, 7-Eleven, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Sheild.
Matt is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the FlU Real Estate Alumni & Affinity Council. He obtained his BA at the University of Maryland and earned his graduate degree in real estate from Florida International University.
Crystal Hampton is a Market Research Manager at Pretium Commercial Brokerage. Crystal is in charge of the database management and our research team. We utilize our research team to help find off-market opportunities for our clients.
Crystal has a strong background in sales and marketing with 20 plus years of experience in several different industries, including real estate. She is very friendly and outgoing and gets the job done right.
Sarah Johnson is a Research Associate at Preitum Commercial Brokerage. Her primary role is to help locate off-market opportunities for our Tenants by calling on landlords within the our clients desired target zones.
Sara has over 15-year experience in research, customer service, & real estate.
